Toni-Ann Phillips was born in Jamaica and has been passionately pursuing a career in the field of Marketing.

Beyond her marketing pursuits, Toni-Ann has also made a mark in the world of dance. In 2019, she achieved the prestigious title of “Dancer of the Year” at B.E.A.M, showcasing her exceptional talent and dedication to the art form. Toni-Ann’s personal philosophy can be summed up in the words of Sodanne Browne: “Mediocrity is not my standard.” With a relentless pursuit of excellence, she continually pushes herself to exceed expectations in all areas of her life.

Dance has had a profound impact on Toni-Ann’s journey, shaping her character and teaching her valuable life lessons. Through dance, she discovered the significance of discipline, perseverance, and dedication. She learned the value of hard work and embraced the discomfort that comes with pushing her limits, knowing that growth lies just beyond her comfort zone. Additionally, the friendships and connections she formed within the dance community have enriched her life in immeasurable ways.

Toni-Ann’s decision to be a part of the project stemmed from a combination of factors. The innovative and exciting nature of the project initially captured her interest. The thought of embracing a new role and stepping outside her comfort zone intrigued her, as it presented an opportunity for personal growth. Moreover, she resonated with the project’s purpose and recognized its potential to make a profound impact, particularly in empowering young women to feel seen, heard, and healed.
