Our Founder

Dominique Condison is a Jamaican dancer and choreographer who has been dancing for over 20 years. Throughout her years of dancing, she danced with Stella Maris, Church on the Rock and B.E.A.M. She began teaching dancing to children and teenagers in 2017.

She champions female empowerment (FEMpowerment) through her love for dancing. She spent most of her years doing Modern and Contemporary dance. She later went on to discover her love for other dance genres and styles, ranging from Afrobeat, to Dancehall, Hip-Hop, Jazz and Heels dancing. All have greatly influenced her unique style of dance today and with this, she intends to continue spreading the rhythm and soul of dance, to touch hearts and minds using the art form.

Throughout her years of dancing, she also embraced her love for photography, videography, marketing, writing, researching and ministering. Her involvement in these areas have built her into the woman she is today which has allowed her to pour her experiences into the activities of the dance company.

Using dance, Dominique intends to empower and encourage women and girls to fully embody the essence of who they are, with and through the art of dance.
